Stuart H. Gollinger, formerly a Tax Attorney in the Legal Division of the Connecticut Department of Revenue Services, concentrated on the Connecticut corporation business tax, inheritance tax, and estate tax case files. Before joining the Department in 1991, he practiced law for several years in Westport, CT, focusing on individual and closely held corporation taxation, tax litigation, estate planning, and probate administration. Previously, he was a Tax Attorney and Associate Tax Counsel with Olin Corporation in Stamford, CT, primarily dealing with domestic and international corporate income taxation.

Mr. Gollinger holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Colby College, a Juris Doctor Degree from Suffolk University Law School, and an LL.M in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law. He is a member of the Connecticut and Florida Bars.
